Analytics & Reporting

Know what your marketing actually earns

Half of marketing budgets are wasted — and without proper measurement, nobody knows which half. We build analytics foundations you can trust: clean tracking, honest attribution and dashboards that answer business questions, not just count clicks.

Our approach

Most companies' data is quietly broken: double-counted conversions, consent-blocked tracking, GA4 configured on defaults, and channel reports that all claim the same revenue. Decisions made on that data are guesses with charts. We fix the foundation first — measurement plans, correct GA4 and tag architecture, server-side tracking where privacy rules and ad blockers demand it.

Then we make the data useful: dashboards built around the questions you actually ask — what's working, what's wasted, what should we do next — with attribution models that acknowledge reality instead of flattering whichever platform reported last.

What you get

  • Measurement plan: KPIs, events and conversion definitions
  • GA4 and Google Tag Manager audit and correct setup
  • Server-side tracking and consent-mode implementation
  • Cross-channel attribution and marketing-mix insight
  • Custom dashboards (Looker Studio) connected to revenue
  • Monthly insight reports: what happened, why, what to do

Process

How Analytics works with MarMar.

Audit

We test your current tracking against reality — most audits find 20–40% of conversion data is wrong.

Rebuild

A clean measurement architecture: events, tags, consent and server-side collection done right.

Visualize

Dashboards structured around decisions, not data dumps — one view per question that matters.

Advise

Ongoing analysis that turns numbers into next actions. Data's only valuable when it changes what you do.

FAQ

Questions we hear about analytics & reporting.

Our GA4 numbers don't match our ad platforms. Which is right?

Probably neither, and that's normal — each platform measures differently and claims generously. We build an attribution view that reconciles them so you can compare channels fairly and allocate budget with confidence.

What is server-side tracking and do we need it?

It moves data collection from the browser to a server you control, recovering data lost to ad blockers and browser privacy features — often 15–30% of conversions. If you spend meaningfully on paid media, it usually pays for itself quickly.

Is our tracking GDPR-compliant?

We implement consent mode and data minimization as standard, and work alongside your legal counsel on policy questions. Good measurement and privacy compliance are compatible — sloppy setups are what get companies in trouble.

Can you fix our existing setup or do we start over?

Usually we repair rather than rebuild: an audit identifies what's salvageable, and historical data is preserved wherever possible. Where a fresh setup is faster and cleaner, we'll say so.
